Management Biographies
Andy Riddle, CEO, manages the strategic direction of Influence Direct. He co-founded the company with Jeremy Crosslin to develop a new generation of direct marketing solutions using intelligent asset utilization. Andy is a direct marketing veteran spending the past 15 years working for some of the brightest organizations in the direct marketing industry. His expertise is now being applied to the development and delivery of Influence Direct Solutions.
Prior to co-founding Influence Direct, Andy was Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Altair Data Resources, a leading direct marketing organization based in Franklin, Tennessee. Altair Data Resources concentrated on direct marketing data solutions for prospect, customer and database management solutions for multiple Fortune 500 organizations. During Andy’s tenure with Altair Data Resources, Altair won several business excellence awards including the 2005 and 2006 Music City Future 50, 2006 Nashville Business Journal Best in Business, and 2006 Tennessee Fast 50.
Before joining Altair Data Resources, Andy was Sr. National Sales Director with National Pen in San Diego, California. National Pen is a top 10 global manufacturer and distributor of promotional premium items serving multiple industries including automotive, banking, health care, insurance, mortgage, real estate, retail and B to B.
Andy spent additional time in executive leadership roles with a leading health care marketing organization, national print media organization and two of the nation’s largest call center solutions providers.
Andy holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Tennessee—Knoxville.
Jeremy Crosslin, COO, manages the operational and customer implementation direction of Influence Direct. Jeremy is a seasoned marketing strategist spending the past 5 years in the direct marketing industry consulting hundreds of clients across multiple industries. Through his direct marketing expertise, Jeremy has increased client acquisition and retention ROI via multiple direct marketing channels.
Prior to co-founding Influence Direct, Jeremy was a Senior Acquisition and Retention Manager for Altair Data Resources. During Jeremy’s tenure with Altair Data Resources, he provided acquisition and retention strategies for multiple national financial services and retail organizations. It was during this time that Jeremy mastered the same top performing marketing strategies used today at Influence Direct.
Before joining Altair Data Resources, Jeremy worked as a National Marketing Consultant for National Pen Corporation. While at National Pen, Jeremy worked on creative promotional premium campaigns for some of the largest promotional premium marketers in the United States. The success Jeremy created for his clients through his creative campaigns led Jeremy to have the highest customer retention % in the entire organization. Today, Jeremy brings his promotional premium marketing solutions to the clients of Influence Direct.
Jeremy spent additional time as a member of the award-winning Dell Computer small business customer service solutions team. With Dell, Jeremy was awarded multiple customer service excellence recognition awards.
